The Morning After awakens the student body with witty commentary and stories from two of Quinnipiac University's rising television hosts Jack Lamson and Katie Harris. The hosts are assisted by Ali Warshavsky with an weekly update in entertainment, Jay Slayer with sports, and Matt Galo with an entertaining weekly weather update.

Other regular segments include "Cup of Joe" with Joe the Freshman, In Stores Now!. We close each week with a different musical performance.
